Fantastic location, you can walk everywhere, and if necessary, you have the subway stop next door. A 10 for ALL the staff, very friendly, looking after the customer at all times. Welcome glass and complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. You can also have a free aperitif until 9pm. Breakfast is served in the room. One day we couldn't have breakfast there, they left us a cold breakfast the night before. Although there is no fresh fruit in the command, as they saw that we had bought kiwis, they gave us fruit without asking for it . In the room you have a kettle and infusions. In case of rain, they have umbrellas available for the customers. Perfect soundproofing. Our room faced the Via Cavour and nothing could be heard. Without a doubt, it is a VERY RECOMMENDED HOTEL.
As a suggestion and in order to improve the establishment's environmental measures: To reduce water consumption, they tell you to leave the towels hanging if you want to use them again, they still change them. soap bar used was changed every day; "expense" could be improved by using a liquid soap dispenser (also in the shower). Note valid for ALL hotels in Rome: The price difference is so marked between October 2019 and rest of the year (including long weekends, Christmas time, summer.. reservation was made one month in advance and all the hotels in the area had a similar price. By making a hypothetical reservation, one month in advance and also in the long term, we have verified that the prices of all hotels are approximately half of what they paid in October. Is there anything special about that month in Rome that makes prices rise so much?

Excellent location near Colosseum and Termini, unique bathroom amenities with jacuzzi options, small, secure hotel with attentive service
Thin walls allowing every sound to travel!!! Limited reception hours lead to inconvenient late-night access issues!!!

What they don't tell you
Despite its central location, this place has its quirks. While the rooms have modern amenities, thin walls can lead to noise issues, especially from nearby streets. Plus, the cash-only policy feels outdated. On the bright side, the staff is genuinely friendly and tries to.

Excellent location, though on a noisy main street. However, once the windows closed, the insolation was very good. I liked the hotel's charm, the way it was renovated keeping the lovely wooden beams on the ceiling. We enjoyed out breakfast served in our room at precisely the requested time.
The bed matrass was a bit hard for my taste. Our room was right next to the Reception desk so we can hear during the night the interphone ringing and in the morning the people talking.

Good location, people were nice and gave us information on what we wanted to know about the city. Breakfast is good. Very clean and a cute place. I would come back.
Our room was right next to the reception, so it was a little noisy, specially around 9 and 10pm.

Getting buzzed in can feel like a scavenger hunt, especially with no clear signage. Rooms vary in size, and some may feel cramped, especially if you're accustomed to more space. Don't expect a leisurely breakfast experience-it's more on the basic side and lacks variety that you might crave.

Simple, clean, with helpful staff, nice breakfast served in the room and a nice price - 10 min walking to Colosseum, 2 minutes to Cavour subway station and 7 min walking to Termini Station, not in the center but very near. Everything about our stay was great! I would stay here again...

The room was of a decent size with double glazing on window. Hotel staff was great. Close to attractions and easy walk to other side of Rome. Good places to eat just accros the street, head down to Cavour station way and explore the little lines.
To get to the lift you need to climb two flights of stairs. The hotel is on the first floor. Hard to find. If arriving by train, stop at Termini station. It is easy walk to the hotel. If you arrive at Cavour station, you'll have to climb about 20-30 stairs to get up to via Cavour. With large bags and other pedestrians going up or down the stairs can be a challenge. No acoustic insulation between rooms at all. You can hear people talk move in bed and snore, next door. Pack lots of ear plugs. The double glazing was a good start, but they need to address the internal noise issue.

This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy the air conditioning, in-room breakfast, and express check-in. The staff first helped me with my bags, which I still remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing city break.
